The Governor’s Land at Two Rivers has no plans to stop the summer fun — at least until the fall festivities begin! At our private, member-owned country club community right here in Williamsburg, Virginia, you can gather with your family and friends to enjoy our exciting calendar of events that celebrate the end and start of every season.
Summer is coming to a close, and the new school year is starting up. Give your little ones a spectacular summer send-off at our Labor Day Picnic! On Monday, September 5, we’ll be dishing out your barbecue-inspired favorite foods like hamburgers and brisket from 4 to 8 p.m. courtesy of Executive Chef Tony Rizzo. Not only are we providing mouthwatering meals from the Osprey Bar & Grille, but we also have a handful of activities lined up for the whole family to enjoy! Snow cones, face painting, balloon creations, and inflatables will be available for everyone to partake in. Soak up the last of the summer sunshine while surrounded by other happy and hungry members and visitors of our waterfront community. There’ll be plenty of food and fun to go around for everyone!
As the autumn season approaches, we’ll settle into the new season with a talented lineup of performers. Join us every Friday night this fall from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on the Terrace Bar’s patio for a variety of acoustic performances for our weekly Music Night. Indulge in incredible views of the James and Chickahominy Rivers and the sweet sounds of local artists while wining and dining with great company. After all, who could say no to dinner and a show?
