Banquet Servers (All Shifts)

Two Rivers Country Club has immediate openings for seasonal, on-call, and year-round, part-time Banquet Servers.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and prepare the dining areas for service
  • Make all members and guests feel welcome
  • Provide exceptional service while serving food and beverages to members and guests

Requirements:

  • Ability to engage respectfully with members, guests and fellow associates
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift/carry trays and assist with setup and breakdown of events

Bartender (Part-time)
Shifts: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Wednesday-Sunday

Two Rivers Country Club is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Bartender to provide exceptional beverage experiences! You must be able to mix classic cocktails and innovative drinks that exceed our members’ expectations.

This part-time, year-round position offers under 29 hours per week. Dinner shifts run Wednesday-Sunday 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm.

Hourly pay rate $6.00-$8.00 base pay plus tip share which varies weekly. The average tip share for 2026 is $18.26. Additional pay includes the potential to earn add-on and/or cash tips left by the member or guest.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare beverages for restaurant and banquet patrons
  • Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
  • Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • Check customer ID and confirm it meets legal drinking age
  • Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements:

  • Working experience as a bartender
  • Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
  • Use of point-of-sale system for ringing up orders
  • Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
  • Available to work Wednesday through Sunday shifts starting between 3:00pm and 4:00pm and ending around 10:00pm.

Server 

Two Rivers Country Club is now accepting applications for year-round and seasonal experienced Servers.

Hourly pay rate $4.00 base pay plus tip share which varies weekly. The average tip share for 2026 is $18.26. Additional pay includes the potential to earn add-on and/or cash tips left by the member or guest.

Requirements:

  • Previous fine dining serving experience preferred
