Are you ready to swing into action alongside other top golfers at Two Rivers Country Club? We’re excited to announce our registration is open to amateur golfers for our 12th Annual Senior Invitational happening later this year! Join us October 16-18 for this tournament that will host 72 of the top senior players in the U.S. on our Tom Fazio-designed championship golf course. We will have three divisions of players that include Seniors (ages 50-64), Super Seniors (ages 65-69), and Legends (ages 70 and over).
Players who register for this 54-hole stroke play tournament will hit our top-rated course that winds through Governor’s Land private, member-owned community and finishes along the banks of the James and Chickahominy Rivers to compete for our prizes. The winners and top finishers in each division will receive gift certificates to the Two Rivers Golf Shop and be awarded points for the GolfWeek national ranking program and the VSGA Ranking program (if the players are from Virginia based on their formula for non-VSGA events). Each division’s winner will also be awarded a trophy.
With the entry fee, you’ll receive range balls, continental breakfast, on-course refreshments, two lunches, and prizes. Your spouse is also welcome to join us for the practice round on Saturday, October 15 and the Awards luncheon on Tuesday, October 18.
Some of our returning champions will also be hitting the links to defend their titles. Don Donatoni (Malvern, Pa.), will be in attendance after scoring the trophy for the Super Senior Division two years in a row. You can expect to see Don and more familiar faces on our fairways. This is one event you won’t want to miss!
