Always a popular evening at the Club, Oysterfest is Saturday, January 28.
Members enjoy oysters served in a variety of tantalizing ways – oyster chowder, fresh oysters on the half shell, scalloped oysters, fried oysters and baked oysters on half shell with spinach, bacon and fennel.
The full menu includes Asian style rare tuna, roast sirloin and market fish complemented with salad bar, new potatoes and seasonal vegetables. If you still have room, there’s the Chef’s pastry selections with coffee.
The festivities begin at 5:30pm and blue jeans are acceptable for this event. Tables are reserved by time.
